This is a certificate of approval to use one of my designs for a tattoo. Please copy and paste the URL from Instagram or TikTok that you wish to use in the notes section of this form. If multiple designs are featured in the video/post, please specify which design you would like.
Once this Tattoo Certificate is purchased, I will email you a high-resolution image of the requested design. You can then bring this file to the tattoo artist of your choice or upload it to Inkbox for a temporary tattoo.
